From Loyal Customer to Never Again: My Nightmare Experience 📉
I'm writing this to warn other potential buyers about my terrible online shopping experience. I used to be a loyal customer, but my latest order has completely changed my opinion. My feeling about this whole mess is simple: "Worst customer support ever !!! One of the reasons I ordered was their short delivery time (promised 6 business days), it is now more than 3 weeks since I ordered and the status still shows 'in production'. it is impossible to get a human response (not via live chat, phone call, email, etc.) just bots that send you back to the status of your order. I purchased few times before but I'll never buy again after this bad experience." After being stuck in a loop with automated bots for weeks, I finally managed to get a human on the phone, which prompted this final review.
Customer: My order is over three weeks late. Your website promised 6 business days, but it’s still ‘in production.’ I can’t get a straight answer from your bots. What is going on?

Customer: It’s #G-582910. I’ve been a customer for years, but this is unacceptable. A three-week delay with zero communication is ridiculous. I needed these glasses for an event that has already passed.
