I’m sharing my story as a serious warning. I feel completely robbed and ignored after trying to get a refund for an order that never even arrived. The tracking shows it's been lost for weeks, but all I get are automated responses. My experience has been a nightmare, and this is the only way to describe it: GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. My order number is #105081183 if an actual person sees this. This unacceptable situation forced me to repeatedly call their customer service, desperate to speak to an actual person.
Customer: I am calling about order #105081183 for the tenth time. The package is lost, and I still haven't received my $246 refund. Your automated system is useless. CS Rep: I am so sorry for the prolonged frustration with this order and refund. Let me pull up your file immediately to see what is causing this delay. Customer: I’ve been told that before. It's been over a month. You have my money for a product I never got. Frankly, this feels like theft. I just want my money back. CS Rep: I understand completely, and you are right to be upset. I see that the refund was processed, but I will personally escalate this to our finance department right now to investigate why it hasn't reached your account and to expedite it. Customer: That’s what I was told last week. This is unbelievable. I shouldn't have to chase you for my own money. Just get it done. CS Rep: You are absolutely right. I sincerely apologize. I will stay on this personally and ensure you receive an email confirmation from a supervisor within 24 hours.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from having their money held hostage by this company's terrible process.
