Buyer Beware: A Glitchy BOGO Deal & A Ridiculous "Solution" 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to other potential shoppers. My recent experience was beyond frustrating, and I feel completely swindled. The whole situation left me feeling that this company is Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. This is the responses of what they offered. Return them ( even though their correct style and prescription. ) to RETURN AND REORDER to get the bogo they messed up and admitted. Simple solution? Credit back to my card used. Nah that's too easy. I had to contact them to try and get the BOGO deal they advertised but failed to apply to my order, hoping for a simple resolution.
Customer: Hello, my order didn't get the BOGO discount that was advertised. The website glitched, and I was charged for both pairs. I need you to refund the cost of the second pair.
CS Rep: I see the BOGO promotion was active during your purchase. I apologize for the technical issue. To resolve this, you can return both pairs of glasses, and we will help you place a new order with the discount correctly applied.
Customer: Are you serious? The glasses are perfect, the prescription is right. Why would I return them just to reorder them? That makes no sense. Just credit back my card for the pair that should have been free.

Customer: That's the most unprofessional and ridiculous policy I've ever heard. You admit the mistake was on your end but want me to do all the work. Just issue the credit.
