An Absolute Disaster: Wrong Prescription & Impossible to Reach Anyone 🚨
I am writing this as a warning to others. My online shopping experience was an absolute disaster, and I feel it’s my duty to share it. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After days of trying, I finally got through to their customer service, determined to get a resolution.
