Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for everyone. I recently spent $372 on new glasses, only to receive them scratched. My immediate thought was to return or exchange them, but that's where the real nightmare began. I've been trying for two days to talk to a human to fix this issue, with no luck; the 'bot' just continues to send the return label to my email, that I never received! Even after finally getting through to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return. This ineptitude has absolutely floored me and compelled me to share my story and seek a real resolution.

Customer: Hello, I need help with an order. I received scratched glasses and tried to initiate a return, but the automated system isn't sending me the return label. CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience, sir/ma'am. That sounds very frustrating. Can I please have your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. And this isn't my first attempt. I finally spoke to someone earlier today, and they sent me incorrect return information. CS Rep: I see that in your notes. My sincerest apologies for that error. Let me verify your email address. I will personally generate a new return label and send it to you right now. Customer: Please make sure it's the correct one this time. I've wasted too much time on this already. CS Rep: Absolutely. I'm confirming your email as [customer email]. The label will be sent within the next 5 minutes, and I'll stay on the line to confirm you receive it. We'll make sure this is resolved correctly.
